Our Quality Control Teams will inspect your items prior to shipping to assure your satisfaction, and the quality is guaranteed.

Our Expert Tracking Teams follow your order to it's intended destination address until it is confirmed.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item or item not received, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must contact our Customer Service Team immediately after receiving item product if concerned about delivery and we will confirm delivery through Tracking. We will confirm address provided, delivery date, tracking information and courier information to make clear of item delivery. Our Quality Control Team also confirms each package is safe and intact and the right product is shipped so there will not be any issues with the product.

We will evaluate whether you qualify for a return or refund (if applicable). Any returns must be approved by our Customer Service Team. If a return is agreed then any return shipping fee will be at customers' own expense. Any Customer requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving order and will be at the discretion of SCARENIGHT.COM.

Any changes or cancellations to your order must be requested as soon as possible within 24 hours of placing the order and be accepted by our Customer Service Team to avoid orders being processed or shipped which unfortunately cannot be stopped. This request has to be made immediately to have a chance of changing or stopping the order but cannot be guaranteed and is at the discretion of SCARENIGHT.COM. 

ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE AND THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS unless agreed on by SCARENIGHT.COM and is at the discretion of SCARENIGHT.COM.

Once our Quality Control Team has inspected the order and approved the shipment and is in the hands of the courier delivery service then no responsibility is with SCARENIGHT.COM. Also if our Expert Tracking Team confirms the order shipment is confirmed as delivered from the courier delivery service to the intended address then no responsibility is with SCARENIGHT.COM and is between the customer and the courier delivery service.

SCARENIGHT.COM has a strict policy and do not accept in any case customers who just want to change their mind on an order. As per these rules in our policy our orders are generally FINAL SALE with no returns or refunds at the discretion of SCARENIGHT.COM.
